Get A Temporary Email Address
Our personal email addresses are just as sacred and private to us as our home addresses. Almost any site you sign-up for ask for them, but sometimes you’re not sure yet if you want to provide your actual personal email address. The quick answer is to just create another email address. However, this can be time consuming and you are left with yet another email account that is rarely used. A quick and easy alternative is using a temporary email service such as WebEmail.me.
WebEmail lets you create a temporary email that lasts for a day. This email can be helpful in a number of different ways, a few suggestions are:
- When signing up for a website that you are not certain about
- If you sign up to a site that could potentially send a lot of spam
- To communicate with someone/company on a one time basis
The list goes on and on. The email address expires after one day, however you can add more days if you need some more time. You will be able to see emails sent to your temporary email address until your email expires (ie. registration confirmation links).
Using such a service is not for everyone, but if you need a quick one time email then this is definitely a great alternative to setting up a new email permanent email address with a mail client.
