Who’s On Your Twitter Lists?

Last week I received an invite to test out Twitter’s Lists application. In a nutshell this added feature allows you to create lists (or what I would call categories) so you can group the people you follow. If you’re like me and you follow hundreds of people how many times have you wanted to find someone and you forgot their name? The process to find the person was to painstakingly go page after page to find that person. Now you can make a list to separate and easily find the people you’re following. Of course me being me, my first list is http://twitter.com/felonytobeme/i-love-porn-stars. The lists shows all the ladies in the industry that I follow and allows me to see only their tweets.

Once Lists is launched for everyone your page will have an option next to following and followers, listed. If you have been added to somebody’s list then it will show up here. For example I currently am on 1 persons lists (yeah!).

I think the Lists feature is a fun new feature which everyone is really going to love. I just hope it doesn’t go overboard and people have more lists than they do followers. So far is there is no date for when the feature will go public, my guess is sometime by the end of this year.

When Lists came out a few weeks ago for me, I thought you would make one and I would like to follow it.
