I need to get in shape! Today, I'm working on my core and upper body for a bit. Wearing a black sports bra and my favorite blue yoga pants, I roll out my yoga mat and get to work. I start with some planks - I'm so out of shape, I have to do them on my knees and elbows! Watch how I shake as I try to hold the pose. Next, I try some push-ups, again doing modified ones on my knees because I'm too fat to do full push-ups. Watch me struggle and shake my way through them, before rolling on my back to do some bridges. Finally, I stretch a little bit, trying to soothe my sore, over-worked muscles.
